The Cleaning Solution is managed by Shaugn Schwartz. Originally from Montreal, Shaugn moved to Vancouver 15 years ago to pursue his dream of making a difference in the world. After completing his Master Degree in Planning at UBC, he joined Evergreen and managed the Western Regional offices with energy and distinction for 10 years. In 2008, Shaugn joined The Cleaning Solution as our inaugural General Manager.

Shaugn believes that The Cleaning Solution offers potential clients an easy way to demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility and a healthy, green workplace.

Jack Isaak, a Vancouver resident with 20 years of professional cleaning experience, is our service delivery expert. Jack’s extensive knowledge of the industry keeps The Cleaning Solution on the leading edge of process and product improvements, ensuring clients always receive the best service possible.

Jack sees the company as a great opportunity to change the public image of mental illness. He enjoys demonstrating that a business employing individuals recovering from mental illness can succeed in a competitive marketplace.
